Meet the Trainer - Lisa Kennedy

Lisa is the Training & Education lead for LINC, delivering Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training and bespoke Mental Health Awareness sessions for the workplace that focus upon raising awareness and understanding of mental health and illness, and which actively encourages and supports local employers to develop and maintain more mentally healthy workplaces.

Having worked within the charitable sector for over a decade, Lisa has a good understanding of some of the factors that impact on and relate to mental health and wellbeing and she has over four years of experience delivering mental health training across the private, public and charitable sectors.

She is accredited with the British Association for Counselling & Psychology (BACP) as a qualified counsellor.
